Dispatch time is up to 10 days.

Should you need an item sooner please email admin@redbearequestrian.com and we will do our best to help.

For returns you must email admin@redbearequestrian.com within 14 days of receipt.

Once a return has been agreed, the item must be posted within 5 days and be in perfect condition, unused and with any tags still attached.  The buyer is responsible for any returns postage. We will inspect any items returned within 3 working days and email to confirm your refund. Any refund will be minus postage costs. Refunds can take up to 7 days to arrive in your account once processed.
